Loveland Estates was born out of a passion for creating spaces where memories aren't just made—they’re cherished. What began as 10 acres of serene Illinois landscape has been transformed into a premier wedding venue.

Led by Heather and our dedicated team, we believe that your wedding day should be as stress-free as it is beautiful. We poured our hearts into every detail of the estate, from the industrial-chic lines of the reception space to the tranquil views of the lake, so that you have the perfect canvas to create the wedding of your dreams.

The Ceremony Pavilion

Say "I do" in our signature greenhouse-style covered pavilion. Surrounded by lush greenery and a serene lake, it offers the beauty of an outdoor wedding with the peace of mind of total weather protection.

The Reception Space

Modern-industrial meets cozy charm. With massive windows, vaulted white ceilings, and a feature brick wall with warm string lights, it’s a bright, airy space that comfortably seats 215 guests.

The Prep Suites

Start your day in comfort. Our dedicated first-floor Bridal Suite and rustic second-floor Groom’s Loft allow both parties to prepare on-site with plenty of natural light for photos.

‘All in one’ wedding venue

We eliminate the "logistics headache" by providing high-end services in-house:

Custom Floral & Decor: We offer an in-house floral team, creating everything from breathtaking bouquets to custom centerpieces. We handle the full set-up and tear-down, so you never have to lift a finger.

The Bar Experience: Our bar cart and full-service bar is located beneath the loft staircase. This service is entirely optional. We invite you to take advantage of our alcohol service or you may provide your own alcohol.

Guest Accommodations: We offer the Loveland Home, a beautiful guest house just 10 minutes away that sleeps 12, perfect for your bridal party or family.

Optional Service for additional cost:

The Shuttle Service: We partner with a shuttle service that is available to transport your guests safely to and from local hotels or the Loveland Home.
